Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, festive seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Available shipping methods may vary depending on your delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order value.
- Standard Shipping: ₹89
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹2,000
The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details (where applicable).
You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment's progress.
If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days after your order has been dispatched, please contact us at bodybooth.in@gmail.com.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Courier service disruptions
- High order volumes during sales or festive periods
We appreciate your patience and understanding should any unexpected delays occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate when placing your order.
BodyBooth cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts made by the courier partner, your order may be returned to us.
Any reshipping charges, if applicable, may need to be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product(s)
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your request and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International Shipping: Not currently available.
We currently ship only within India. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.
